It's difficult to pass on traditional craftsmanship... A successful example of visualizing techniques through videos and live-action.
[Training Video] It is difficult to verbalize the skills of experienced craftsmen, making transmission challenging! Achieving the transmission of craftsmanship through the use of videos and live-action.
In manufacturing sites, the "craftsmanship" developed by skilled workers over many years of experience is often difficult to verbalize or document, making it challenging to pass on to younger employees. There are many cases where such tacit knowledge becomes personalized, increasing the risk of losing it with the retirement of skilled workers. To effectively transmit craftsmanship that is hard to articulate, utilizing videos and live-action demonstrations to visualize techniques is beneficial. By providing visual information, the understanding of younger workers improves, leading to enhanced training efficiency and product quality. In future talent development, using videos for skill transmission will become an essential method. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
